The Cincinnati Cyclones have claimed defenseman Carter Allen off waivers from the South Carolina Stingrays. Allen will meet the team back in Cincinnati and be available for the 'Clones upcoming three-game homestand.

• Began his rookie season in South Carolina, skating in 63 games with the Stingrays this season, accumulating 10 assists and 58 penalty minutes. 

• Played 81 NCAA Division III games for Suny-Oswego over the previous three seasons, posting four goals and 18 assists for 22 points. Wore a letter for the team his junior season (2019-20).

• Skated two seasons for OJHL-Wellington from 2015-17. Was named an Alternate Captain for the 2016-17 season.
