SHOTS FROM THE POINT:

Home Sweet Home: The Cyclones will open another three-game week at U.S. Bank Arena beginning THIS WEDNESDAY as they welcome in the Utah Grizzlies for their only meeting of the 2014-15 season. In addition to $1 beers, we'll pay homage to the work of the late, great Robin Williams. Then on Friday night, the Fort Wayne Komets come to town for the second time at 7:30pm. The first 1,500 fans ages 2-12 will receive a Cyclones T-Shirt featuring goaltender Rob Madore. Finally, on Saturday, the Kalamazoo Wings make another stop at U.S. Bank Arena on a night where the first 2,000 fans will take home an exclusive Cyclones Winter Hat courtesy of Sport Clips!

Shutting the Door: When the Cyclones earn the lead through two periods of play, they have been nearly impossible to beat. Through 15 games, they are 6-1-0-1 in such situations.

Shooting Shutdown: The Cyclones have remained one of the stingiest teams in the league in terms of shots-against. They are allowing an average of 26.60 shots per game, which ranks fifth-fewest among all 28 ECHL teams. Their opponent has reached the 30-shot plateau just twice in the last eight games.

Cyclones Family Fun Night at Full Throttle: Mark your calendars for Monday, December 15 from 7-8pm as we host another Cyclones Family Fun Night! This month, we'll be hanging out at Full Throttle Indoor Karting in Springdale. Fans will receive special rates and have the chance to race against some of their favorite players.
