Three Cyclones Recalled

CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud ECHL affiliate of the Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that three players have been recalled by both affiliates. The San Antonio Rampage have summoned forward Jonathan Hazen while goaltender Tyler Plante has been recalled by the Florida Panthers. The Milwaukee Admirals, meanwhile, have recalled forward Rob Slaney.

Hazen a 21-year-old forward, will be back to the Rampage for the second time this season. He began the year playing for San Antonio, logging seven games with a goal. In ten contests with the Cyclones so for in 2011, the rookie has collected a pair of goals and a pair of assists. In fact, he has logged a goal in two consecutive games.

Plante, the fifth-year goaltender, appeared in four games for Cincinnati with a 1-1-0-2 record and a 2.65 goals-against average.

Slaney will be making his first trip to the AHL this season. Over the past two years, the Newfoundland native has appeared in 43 games at the Triple-A level, amassing seven assists and 17 penalty minutes. This season with Cincinnati, Slaney has earned six points (3 goals, 3 assists) in ten games.

The Cyclones will be back on the ice at U.S. Bank Arena this Saturday, December 3, when they will once again battle the Greenville Road Warriors at 7:30pm.
