Cyclones Add Bonello in Goal, Gornall Off Waivers
The Cyclones have signed goaltender Brendan Bonello to a Standard Player Contract. Bonello will be available for Cincinnati's next game on Friday against Fort Wayne.
In addition, Cyclones Head Coach Jason Payne has claimed forward Mike Gornall off waivers from the Greenville Swamp Rabbits. Gornall, 27, began the season in Cincinnati and played two games for the Cyclones before being traded to Reading. He skated in five games with the Royals before being shipped to the Swamp Rabbits where he played three more games.

- Went 23-5-1 with Pickering in the OJHL during the 2019-20 regular season and playoffs. Had the best save percentage across the league (.946) and posted five shutouts during the regular season.
- Took the crease for 96 OHL games over five seasons between Saginaw and Kingston. Appeared in a career high-48 games during the 2018-19 campaign with Kingston.
