Americans Assign Robson to Cyclones
The Cincinnati Cyclones have received goaltender Mat Robson, who has been assigned from the Rochester Americans; Cincinnati's AHL affiliate. Robson will join the Cyclones for the beginning of training camp this weekend.

- 3rd-year pro. Playing for his first ECHL team after spending his previous two seasons in the AHL and DEL (German League).
- Spent the 2020-21 season overseas with the Straubing Tigers of the DEL. Saw action in nine games.
- Played in 26 games for the AHL's Iowa Wild during the 2019-20 season. Went 11-10-7 with a 2.97 goals against average and .901 save percentage. Earned one shutout.
- Two year collegiate tenure at University of Minnesota. Was an honorable mention to the 2019 B1G All-Star Team.
- Won a BCHL ('16-17) and OJHL ('14-15) Championship with Penticton and Toronto, respectively. Was named OJHL Playoff MVP with Toronto Patriots in 2015.
