Tonight's Matchup: After securing a 3-2 win last night, the Cyclones will look for back-to-back wins against the Indy Fuel as they battle it out for the third time on the season. The Cyclones have taken both meetings from their Hoosier State foes and will look for their fourth win in their last five games.

Scouting the Fuel: Scott Hillman’s club slipped six points back of the Cyclones with last night’s defeat and own a 3-9-2-2 through 16 games. Robert Czarnik, who collected an assist in the weekend opener, leads the club with 16 points (9g, 7a) in 15 games. Patrick Cullen is close on his heels, points-wise, as well with nine tallies (5g, 4a) in 16 contests. Goaltender Mac Carruth made 29 saves last night in a losing effort to remain winless on the season with a record of 0-3-1-2 with a 3.11 goals-against average. Fellow net minder Sean Bonar has earned an 0-2 mark this season with a lofty 6.50 goals-against average.

Last Time Out: David Pacan and Brian Nugent each enjoyed two-point games to help lift the Cyclones to a 3-2 win over the Fuel in front of 5,484 at the Fairgrounds Coliseum. Rob Madore turned aside 22 saves to earn his fifth win of the season last night.

Clicking on Offense: After scoring 11 goals last weekend over two games, the Cyclones have rocketed up the ECHL charts on offense. They are averaging 3.57 goals per game, which ranks seventh-most in the league. They have scored four goals or more in five of their 14 games this season.

Milestone Watch: Cyclones goaltender, and last year’s Kelly Cup Playoffs MVP Rob Madore is approaching a personal milestone. He needs just two more appearances to reach 100 in his professional career. Since turning pro, the University of Vermont alum has posted a 46-37-8 and a 2.96 goals-against average.
