Brian O'Hanley Named Alternate Captain for ECHL All-Star Classic

CINCINNATI, Ohio – The 2010 Kelly Cup Champion Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that defenseman Brian O’Hanley has been named an Alternate Captain for the 2011 ECHL All-Star Classic in Bakersfield, California.

O’Hanley, a first-time all-star, will represent the Cyclones at the ECHL All-Star classic on Wednesday, January 26.  This season with Cincinnati, O’Hanley is tied for fourth among ECHL defensemen with 23 points (6 goals 17 assists), and was a member of last year’s Kelly Cup championship squad.  He is also the Cyclones active leader in multi-point games, registering five of them this season.

The Cyclones will continue their swing through the North Division tomorrow night when they travel to face the Kalamazoo Wings at 7:30pm.  Hear all the action LIVE on MAX-FM starting at 7:15pm.
