Milwaukee Admirals Assign Skilled Duo to Cyclones
CINCINNATI, Ohio – The 2010 Kelly Cup Champion Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that forward Mike Bartlett and defenseman Scott Lehman have been assigned by the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.
Bartlett, a third-year pro, comes to Cincinnati after spending the early portion of this season and nearly half of 2009-10 at the AHL level. In six games with Milwaukee this year, Bartlett has notched one assist. Last year, he collected 10 points (6 goals, 4 assists) in 41 games with the Lake Erie Monsters (AHL). The former Notre Dame Fighting Irish forward also saw ECHL action a year ago as a member of the Johnstown Chiefs, averaging nearly a point-per-game with 10 goals and 15 assists in 30 contests.
Lehman, a 2005 third-round selection of the Atlanta Thrashers, has spent most of his last three seasons playing with the Chicago Wolves (AHL) before coming to Milwaukee. In 2009-10, the Windsor, Ontario native collected a pair of assists in 11 games. He made his NHL debut a season earlier with the Thrashers on December 18, 2008 against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
